Vegan Mango Tortas Ingredientai:
Pagrindas vegan pyrago: šįkart begliutenis Tai vien žirnių miltai ir kukurūzų maišyti su 1a.š.sodos(galit su 🍋 sultim užgęsint), cinamono(kuo daugiau tuo skaniau ir mažiau reiks saldint;)-nes jis suteikia natūralaus saldumo, tai tikrai negailiu niekad😁) td kokoso drožlių galit įdėt jei norit kelis š., dėjau aguonų iš akies apie kelis š.gal ar daugiau, ciberžolės-ji patenkina du skonius ir yra priešuždegiminė😉galima įdėti dar sezamų sėklų jei norit:) ir stevijos natūraliam saldumui, viską gerai sumaišom. Kitame inde maišom skystus ingredientus:augalinio pieno apie 200ml, šįkart turėjau savo gaminto saulėgražų pieno, augalinio nerafinuoto aliejaus (kanapių dėjau)iš akies-apie 3/4 ar 1/3 puodelio, naminės uogienies puodelį ar mažiau. Jogurtinis sluoksnis: Reiks augalinio jogurto 400ml Agaro š.(tai augalinė želė) 2š. 🍋 sulčiü Klevų sirupo 5-6š. 1/3puodelio vandens 1mango Saujos šilauogių Želė sluoksniui: A.š.ar š.naminės uogienēs 1 1/2 puodelio vandens(aš gal kiek mažiau dėjau 1/2 a.š.agaro (tai augalinė želė) Kokoso drožlių ar riešuto(nebūtinai) Paruošimas: Pagrindas:Sumaišom skystus su sausais ingredientais, viskas sumaišoma, indas kepimo ištepamas augaliniu nerafinuotu aliejumi ir pilama, kepama ant 160 su vėjeliu 30min ir dar 20-30min ant 180ant normalios funkc. Iškepusį paliekam atvėsti. Jogurtą( kambario temp.)sumalam su klevų sirupu ir 🍋 sultimis, nedideliame puode agarą vandenyje užverdam maišant. Atvėsinam ir pilam į jogurto sluoksnį ir gerai vėl sumalam blenderiu. Pilam ant atvėsusio biskvito ir paliekame stingti. Susipjaustome mangą ir pradedame dėlioti bei šilauoges. Pasiruošiam agarą kaip ir praeitame žingsny td sumaišom su uogiene ir pilam po truputį su šaukštu ant torto jogurtinio sluoksnio(nk tokio jei uogos pradės plūduriuot), papuošiam kokosu. Atvėsinam ir dedam į šaldytuvą kelioms valandoms ar nakčiai sustingti:) Jei gaminsit pataginkite ir mane:) Vietoj mango galima naudoti uogas, saldų obuolį, vynuoges ar kt.vaisius:) Skanaus! |
Vegan Mango cake Ingredients:The basis of a vegan cake: this time gluten-free. It's just pea flour and corn mixed with 1teaspoon of baking Soda (you can put out with 🍋 juice), cinnamon (the more u put the more delicious and the less you will need sweetening;) - because it gives a natural sweetness, I really never put too little), then grated coconut you can put if you want a few spoons, I put poppie seeds out of sight - few spoons or more, turmeric-it satisfies two flavors and is anti-inflammatory😉you can add also sesame seeds if you want :) and stevia for natural sweetness, mix everything well. In another container we mix liquid ingredients: about 200ml of vegan milk, this time I had my own sunflower milk, unrefined vegetable oil (hempseed oil I used) - about 3/4 or 1/3 of cup, a cup of homemade jam or less.
Yoghurt layer:You will need 400ml of vegan yoghurt, Agar agar 1 tbsp. (This is a vegan jelly), 2tsp of 🍋 juice, maple syrup 5-6 tbsp.1/3 cup water, 1mango, A handful of blueberries. Jelly top layer: 1 tbsp or tsp of homemade jam, 1 1/2 cups of water (I put a little less), 1/2 tsp agar agar (this is a vegan gelatin) Coconut chips or grated coconut Preparation: Basis: Mix the liquid ingredients with the dry ones, mix everything, the baking dish let's rub with unrefined vegetable oil(I used coconut oil) and pour the dough, bake on 160 with a breeze for 30min and another 20-30min on 180degrees as normal function. We leave the baked product to cool.Mix the yoghurt (room temp.) with maple syrup and 🍋 juice. Bring it boil the agar in water in a small pot with stirring. Cool and pour into the yogurt mass and mix well again with a blender. Pour over the cooled base and leave to set. We cut the mango and start puting it on top with blueberries. Prepare the agar as in the previous step, mix it with the jam and pour by spoon on the yoghurt layer of the cake (it's ok if the berries start to float), garnish with coconut. Cool and put in the fridge for a few hours or overnight :) If you cook, share it with me too and tag me in ur post pls :) Berries, sweet apples, grapes or other fruits can be used instead of mango too :) (On the left also same cake pic;) Buon apettit! |
Polenta with black beans - Hormones balancing buddha-bowl
Ingredients:1small cup of dry organic corn-polenta
1 cup of black beans- best beans for women few tsp of the tomatoe's veggies might be chilli sauce 1tsp of cumin - helps to digest beans 1tsp of Corriander - helps to digest beans turmeric&black pepper- anti-inflammation and boosts immune system 1 raw corn half of avocado-healthy fats Half of lime juice Blue Spirulina(especially good for women, immunity, source of protein) and Moringa superfood powders-(natural source of calcium) seaweed-gives loads of minerals 1 raw carrot dried tomatoes salt Preparation: 1.Wash properly and soak the beans over the night. 2.Cook them well, by the end simmer and mix with the sauce and salt. 3.Cook Polenta with turmeric and black pepper, add salt by the end. 4.Chop the corn and carrot, dried tomatoes, avocado-on it squeeze the lime juice and put some black pepper. 5.Put polenta, on top garnish with veggies and beans, superfoods.
